Vacuum Metalising

Hey guys,

I have seen therads here and there about 3P0 and Fertility idols being metalised, but I cannot find any specifics with the search function...

I am looking into getting a couple props golden like the aforementioned props and wanted to know where to go about that.

Does anyone here offer this?

If you have any props made of metal that you would like gold plated, I'll be getting a bunch of stuff done in the near future, and could toss yours in with the rest. I'm not sure on price, but it won't cost that much.

I've been saying it for the last decade, that the RPF needs it's own "official" plater and recommending this place-

I'll second this! I had a resin lightsaber "chromed" by this guy and it came out great!

In the UK I would recomend http://www.vmclimited.co.uk. They have done work on many movies including Star Wars.
