Man I've been wanting to build an ss xwing for ages! I saw one of your version 3's up for sale on eBay a few weeks ago. It was being offered for a bit over $700 bucks and eventually sold for $800 ish. Glad I waited and didn't bite the bullet.

I don't know if this helps but I received payment request from PayPal at the end of last week and Mike let me know it was going to ship this week. I think I was one of the first on the list, at least on this thread.

Wow! That's great to hear. I'm new to the whole Studio Scale thing, but considering what I've read in some other threads (not Mike's) about delays and what to expect in the garage kit industry, not to mention the fact that Mike was bitten by a poisonous spider, this is happening a lot sooner than I ever expected.
