This was one of my first costumes made on a very small budget. I hope to redo it soon. For those of you dont know USAgent, It was the name Captain America went by when he got feed up with the government. I have the second USAgent's shield whisch is still a work in progress...lol

Re: USAgent

Hey that`s not bad I like the way it all comes together. Have you got the shield sorted?
Glad you chose this version & not the quasi Dredd style one he wore later on.

I`ve thought about doing John Walker as Captain America but from the New Invaders short lived series. Dark Blue combat pants, Blue Body Armour painted up as the traditional Star & Bars Cap, The Eagle shield with clear plastic lower part. I like the idea of the other Steel shield he has with the battle damage & the names of all those murdered 9/11. However I can see that being bad taste too t be mimiced. Then to round it off the M4 with a C Mag.

Thanks for the kind words I have got the shield made and fiberglassed and now am in the process of sanding down the bondo. It is a real pain in the ***
because of the corners..lol I went with the eagle minus that god-awful star in the center. I'll post pics when I get on my other computer.

Here is a quick pick of the shield before fiberglassing

I made it out of file folders and drew the design by hand. Will post more soon.

Here are a few more pics of the costume and shield build.

AVENGER'S ASSEMBLE!: The ID card I made to go with the costume,

Oh BTW when Roger`s wore this uniform he was just called "Captain". Walker got the US Agent tag with the same costume after he handed back the Capt A costume to Rogers.

Have to say it again though you`ve done a great USAgent costume mate. Liove the ID card to round it off. Maybe you or someone else should do an AVENGERS ID card for a uniformed approach to other Marvel Avenger costumers? Just a thought.

Nice job, Erad. I'm actually about to start my US Agent costume for this coming Halloween. I've decided to go with a more military style, rather than the comic verision.

Tecknoviking, I believe that the Avenger's ID card is one that came with Wizard magazine years ago. I still have mine...somewhere.
