This pep file is based on measurements found online of the UC sword - just under 32" long. It's specified at 5/16" thick, but either 5mm or 1/4" sheet would be near enough. It's not a solid 3D model, just the profile view intended to help lay it on on some 3/16 ply or whatever.
It's going to be quite a massive build. At first I thought it was too big, then I remembered the full size Lurtz statue in the Weta Cave, and I'm sure it's in scale with his build. He is pretty massive.
My plan is to build one in steel, but I'll probably make one in plywood as well. The pdo file has the lines showing the taper to the front cutting edge. It is said to have a full thickness back of the blade, as well as the hook. The hook is supposedly sharpened along the outer edge.
