I have read here that what is used for the webs on the spiderman costume is urethane. Anyone have any idea where I can buy the materials to make them myself? Thanks for any help.

No... We used foam latex on all the suit webbing, not urethane...
The web patterns were worked out in a computer as flat images and then transferred onto aluminum plates which were CNC'd with the respective patterns. Foam latex was then run out of those metal molds...
A lot of fan made webs are urethane. The process with foam is more involved and you need a rather large oven to bake them in.
Urethane doesn't need to be baked. But you still need a mold to pour the urethane into. Urethane can be bought from any molding/casting shop. Or online. Smooth-on and Monstermakers are a couple places that I can think of.
CNC machined molds will cost you easily over $1000 + you will need to pay for aluminum plates which will cost a few hundred dollars, better off trying to buy a set from Spideyplanet or Spidey4fun.
Hi,
I am planning to make a urethane spider man suit.
right now I made a urethane front spider. It works perfectly. I used a urethane that can stretch a very long distance and cast it in a mold.
