Question Uploading Images problem

I can't upload any images. When I select, insert images - from my computer, it wont let me "select files" from my computer. Have tried from another computer, same issue. Is anyone else having the same issue.

Help me understand.

You click the "Insert Image" icon, which brings up the Insert Image popup box. You then click on "From Computer" and then click "Select Files"? What happens when you click "Select Files"?

Nothing happens, don't even get a mouse over from arrow to pointing finger.

Do a hard refresh when that window is up... but I suspect that isn't going to do it. You are most likely going to have to clear your cache.

Have done a hard refresh and cleaned out my cache. Only the basic uploader is available, can't upload multiple images.

I am using Chrome and have also tried through Internet Explorer.

I am having a similar issue. When I am trying to add photos to my account's album after selecting "Upload Photo" I get a new window saying "This photo exceeds your total album file-size quota by 3.04 MB." even though I didn't even get a upload manager window.

I use firefox, tried using Win Explorer (that I never use) and even cleared my cache/history.

I can upload a photo into a thread with no problem.

Similar issue here, I select the image from my computer...and stop.
I can't do anything more...

tried Evaartist's avatar as an attachment, it seems that gif extension was incorrect image format and infact was a png extension image, so saving image with correct png extension allowed insert/uploading an image. Make sure images have correct format extension.

I've always attached .jpg ... I do not know

I am experiencing a further image upload bug. I only have the option of the 'basic' uploader (one file at a time) which does however, work. I no longer have the option to use the advanced version where multiple images can be selected at once.

Edit: This problem first emerged on Friday.

According to vBulletin, this is a "feature" not a problem...

No, seriously. This is a known issue due to vBulletin's multiple Uploader no longer being supported. There is a work around for it that we will be implementing Monday.
