Upgrades for my Iron Giant?

Hello post-Halloween world!

My months of work on my human-scale Iron Giant paid off! Worked very well during work tour, evening bonfire/pyrotechnics show event, and even survived drunken bar adventures needing no more than paint touch-ups and replacement spacer bits inside on of my forearms (keeps wrist centered & catches on shirt to keep forearm from wanting to slide off).

So now the question becomes, how to upgrade him for late April's Calgary Comic Expo?

Already intended was to replace the shoe covers with detailed versions, plus ankle details. These weren't done earlier to save time. Having inherited a 3D printer, I plan on making a Hogarth and seat him on one of my shoulders. =) I've yet to unbox the unit & learn about using it.

I'd like to add details for the deltoids, neck and elbows. The codpieces might be better differently sized and sit a bit higher as well?

- It would be great to make for the red eye option though how the head is built likely means making a 2nd one. These eyes are a pair of 24-LED pucks, so I'd be looking to solder in set of red & white with remote switches? Or maybe just 1 switch to turn on the reds with the whites on at the same time? Low-cost suggestions please!
- A forearm with flip-out weapon is desired.
- Neck bands. Presently I’ve got a skiing buff, which works & breathes very well. Perhaps the neck bands could go over top of that.
- Gloves. I’ve never made such.
- ‘S’ sign on ‘chain’ on front of chest?

Thanks for any suggestions!
