Awesome work. I decided to try this as well. While I may never complete my Boba Fet costume, that damn jet pack is a pain, I hope to have mine ready for the ECC next year. What are the steps you take after molding the mask? I was going to try to find some hockey or motoX face mask and add on the detail but I'd like to know how your process is supposed to work. 3D printer for weapons sounds great. Where do you get one or rent one or borrow one?
