Unknown Jedi Belt / Leather Pouches

I bought this set up several years ago second hand. Anyone have any idea who may have made it? The belt is real leather, working chrome steel buckle, studs are screwed on. The pouches are also leather with metal snaps and metal clips that are bolted to the pouch. Here are some pictures. Click on the pic for BIG picture.

It kinda looks like costumebase stuff, but I'm not positive.

IIRC an eBay user called Mel Mattheson or something similar sold those.

I'm pretty sure Costumebase does not make anything of real leather.

I have an Obi-Wan belt I bought a couple years ago from costumebase. It appears the same brown color (on close inspection it appears black with a lot of brown in the distressed texture) and has screwed-on studs. And it looks like real leather to me. The back fastens in the back with a pair of inward-facing smaller studs going into holes in the belt, and the keeper snaps closed.

It almost looks like it could have been a saberbelt.com piece, possibly. That is if it isn't one of the Mel Mattson belts.
