In the same video, a book written by T.E. Lawrence is visible. It is "Seven Pillars of Wisdom". I guess it is the 1935-version:

The dagger is some sort of Ceremonial Arabian Dagger:

If you can provide any more infos about the possible props as seen in the teaser trailer, future Gameplay videos or anything related to the game, feel free to post it here.

Sorry for the double post.

I can imagine that this has been discussed before, but I couldn´t find anything:

I would like to get any information about this wrist clock. I suppose it is some type of a pilot watch. Does anyone know where to get this or a similar watch?

If it helps, a friend tells me the curvy Arabian blade is called a Kindjal - if you need to do a web search and need a keyword.

:confused
Well, the watch face says "Xanadu" and those pics are from ND's reference materials.
It's THE watch they used for reference, I figured that'd be a good starting point.
edit: you could look for something like these
Open Ended 3 Piece Wrist-Cuff or Bund Style Leather Watchstrap

I used "Xanadu" as a reference, but couldn´t find any watch that goes in that direction. But your link helped me to find a name to play with: " Military Style Leather Watch Strap" :angel

The watch itself is a diver-style watch with a rotating bezel / timer. It's a fairly popular and common style; many manufacturers do it. This particular watch says it's quartz, which means its battery powered. Looks a lot like a Rolex, actually. Date calendar window at 3-o'clock.

actually if you search for" Leather Cuff Watch" on ebay you might get a few results. I have a similar one in black, If anybody wants to see any pics

I know the game is almost a year away but what are the odds that Drake will have a journal or diary?
In the trailer it looks like there's some kind of journal on thatable but I dint know if that will be in the game.

Sorry for the double post but I just found one on the Evil Bay here

I've seen that one too but it's a bit too pricey. You can get several similar looking ones for cheaper. Fossil.com will even let you build a custom watch that comes close to that one.

Bumping this back from the depths, it looks as if the special edition of the game will include a ring replica, belt buckle replica, and a figurine...

...a sneak peak at the European Collector’s Edition which we’ve named the ‘Explorer Edition’. We’re putting a lot of efforts and care on this particular edition as well and will uncover more details in the future but I’m pleased to say that it will include the Nathan Drake figurine, ring and belt buckle from the US Collector’s Edition. We are also designing an antic style replica traveller box with a real authentic feel to it: a definite collector item you won’t be disappointed with if you’re a true Nathan Drake fan. Content wise, the Explorer Edition will include the Special Edition (and its DLC of course!) as well as all the pre-order bonuses listed above. We’re also looking to add a few more items like a Nathan Drake passport holder and a 3D lenticular image like the InFamous 2 Special Edition. More news and visuals to follow in the coming weeks but for now, check out the visuals for the Nathan Drake figurine, belt buckle and ring below.

Hey all, looks like it's been a while since anyone posted on this topic, but just in case anyone's interested....

I've been doing some research into the items seen in the U3 teaser trailer, and came across the following tidbits:

The antique book seen on the desk is a copy of the first atlas dating back to the late 1400's - Ptolemy's Cosmographia.

The maps seen on the desk are both works by Ptolemy. I believe the first map seen on the left is the same as that in the Cosmographia, while the second map is a later copy by Ruscelli dating to the early 1500's.

A copy of Ptolemy's Cosmographia was sold at auction at Sotheby's London back in 2006 for a cool $4,000,000....so I'd be very curious to find out how Nate got his hands on a copy!!!

Oh, and the passage Nate is reading in the trailer -

"All men dream: but not equally. Those who dream by night in the dusty recesses of their minds wake in the day to find that it was vanity: but the dreamers of the day are dangerous men, for they may act their dreams with open eyes, to make it possible. This I did."

- is actually one from the introductory chapter of the Lawrence book spotted by SamC - so it's the Pillars book we see Nate holding and snapping shut at the end of the trailer. The inscription on the cover of the book reads "the sword also means clean-ness + death".

Hope some of you find this of interest/use! :D

Oh, just found the reverse image for that first map too...

And if anybody is interested in finding out what the entire contents of the Ptolemy atlas might look like, I think this link to the Polish National Digital Library might be just the ticket:

Excellent find on the map :)

Thanks SSB :D It was a bit of a zigzag way of finding them, but think in the end I did a google image search for "arabian peninsula map" as opposed to just "arabia map" and I eventually got them!

Further update on the dagger in the trailer - it seems it may actually be T.E. Lawrence's own dagger, as seen in one of the pics SamC posted earlier - or for a better view, you can see it in this pic (though I don't think it's in the trailer):

However, if it IS actually meant to be THE dagger owned by T. E. Lawrence, then perhaps Naughty Dog didn't do their research properly (gasp!) as the actual dagger was made of nice shiny gold and has been carefully looked after by the good people at All Soul's College, Oxford, since 1938 - Oops! Naughty Naughty Dog!
