UFP Plaque Seen Elsewhere?

I picked this up off eBay some years back and I believe it to be fanmade. It's made of solid brass I believe and mounted on a wood plaque - it's very heavy. Anyone here remember maybe seeing something like it in one of the movies?

How much time would it take to put into something like this?

If you're asking how long it would take to make? I don't have the capabilities to do so but you could make a master using a laser cutter and use that as a master for the brass casting. Back in High School I took a metal shop class and one of the projects was doing aluminum castings and the method is the same for brass. I would think the master could be done in a few hours as there are many source files already available for the logo and then it would just be how long it took to cast up.
