That's got to be a hard mask to do, since they "cheated" and used CGI in the movie.

Thanks! I have a couple of ideas on how to make the prosthetic a little more screen accurate, but I'd really appreciate some input.
First I want to repaint it. Add some red and purple. Then I'd like to add something to give it that "crispy" look. I was thinking about brushing on some clear glue and sprinkling it with something like black sand. The last step will be to replace the eye with a green one to match my other eye and have it protrude a little bit.
