I highly recommend the Godzilla kit for the mask. Everything is included and you can have a really close to movie accurate mask in about a day's work.

I'll second that! Godzilla is the way to go!

Adam's mask is the only mask i'm aware of that matches the ANH look, unless you want to go the ugly prequel route!
But judhe yourself over at the Kraytclan board, all kind of kits represented. Don't worry, right now the site is down but will return in no time!
