TROOPER ARMOR / Cleaning-Polishing?

Obviously an amateur...

Just seeing what's recommended to clean the armor?

and then for shining/polishing?

Cleaning what off ? if it's just dirty use soapy water, if it's plastic that's yellowed with age you're never going to get it white.
Polish use Novus plastic polish.

Is that NOVUS avail at WalMart or Napa, etc....????

I dunno i'm in the UK i've always ordered mine online a bottle lasts forever, there's lots of online stockists or ebay.
