Tron: Legacy - Daft Punk jacket

So, I want a jacket just like the ones, that DP wear in the club scene (and here, on these images)



... and as I was saying, my hope is in you, people any tips how to make this jacket (materials, sewing techniques, etc), or if someone makes (OR already made one and it is for sale) ..... I am huge fan of Daft Punk I saw some tutorials how to make their shields, but none about the jackets

And I know that this seller

had the EL tape for a Daft Punk style jacket so you wouldnt have to make it yourself. But sadly it looks like hasnt them on sale right now. You could ask him though...
