Tridcloudwalker appears to be in direct email contact with a member over at the fx sabers forum, the latest news from this member is as follows.

fx sabers forum member: "i have had a reply from tridcloud and he says he will be shipping out the remaining anakin sabers on monday (sept. 30th)
he said he tried to get them out friday but missed the postoffice....."
Monday comes and goes without the sabers being shipped... Next update

Just wanna give you a heads up:
I was hit with my 11th kidney stone on Wednesday. Been laid up in bed all yesterday and today on painkillers and drinking copious amounts of fluid. It finally passed into my bladder about 30 minutes ago, so the majority of the pain has lessened. I should be able to pass it tonight and get the saber in the mail either tomorrow afternoon or Monday at the latest. I am firmly convinced if there is a god, that he hates me."
Monday comes and goes without any sabers being shipped ... It also appears as if though he is not replying to the member he was in direct contact with about any updates, so just thought I'd let you all know what's going on, what are all your thoughts on the matter?

Hey guys, still here, though this is my first time logging in in quite a while. I apologize for my absence on the boards, but I am always available to reach via email, phone, and facebook, of which several people have done. Whoever messaged me on YouTube, I'm sorry, I never received the message.
So here's the skinny. A couple months ago I lost my home. I was doing everything to prevent having to live in my car. I spent my entire savings, borrowed money, took handouts, etc to get a roof over my head. Unfortunately, that included the money I had set aside for postage on the sabers. The machinist was paid, so the sabers are in my possession, ready to go, I'm just trying to raise the funds to ship them. I no longer work a proper job, as I had to leave due to medical reasons, but my disability has not started up yet. As such, the only money I make at the moment is through the props and costumes I sell...which isn't much and go to only food and rent. It was a horrible thing to use the postage money, but it was literally a matter of survival. I have been working at cons FOR FREE (as in I didn't spend a single cent to go to them and had friends feed and hotel me) to try and drum up business, but my friends, family, and old facebook posts will verify the dire straits I was in. That doesn't make what I did right, but I had no choice at the time.
Now, if I start selling the leftover sabers to the people on the wait list, it'll bring in the money needed to ship both theirs and yours. However, I've avoided doing that because I figured people would get really upset if I started selling more without having yet shipped the older orders. I'd be happy to do that if everyone is cool with that. In the mean time though, I am trying to find a friend or family member to borrow a couple hundred bucks from to ship the old orders (which at this point is roughly 18ish sabers that are all going to other countries. I am settled down in a new living situation, the sabers are safe, polished, and ready to ship. I just need a couple hundred bucks. I'm open to any and all suggestions. I want to honor these orders.
I've been trying to set up jobs and things that would take care of these shipping costs, which is why I've been promising certain shipping dates. However, those few times I set up dates, the money I was supposed to have been given fell through. It wasn't me making promises to shut people up. I genuinely was planning on shipping those times. Working on a few other leads right now. There is also the wait list option, of which several people over on the FX_Sabers forum trust me enough to try. Equally, I'm doing a makeup gig this friday for $50 so that's 2 - 3 overseas orders I can ship. Equally, I'm still owed payment on one of the sabers I already shipped. If I can get that, I can easily send out a whole bunch of orders.

Wow. I don't know what to say. I really feel for you, TridCloud. That is rough. I personally don't mind you selling those extras. I'm only worried that you will again end up in a position where you again have to make a choice between shipping us the sabers and, well, *eating*. You might want to call your state's Bar Association and ask if they can hook you up with a pro bono lawyer who can give you advice on what to do. It's easy for us to say, "Hey, you owe us those sabers; you should make that your first priority," but the reality is that life doesn't always work that way. Getting back on your feet is the real top priority. That's why there are bankruptcy laws.
I for one wouldn't mind sending you the money for postage once again and consider it an interest-free loan you can pay back to me whenever, but in that case I would seriously expect that money to be used specifically to send me my saber as quickly as possible. I would feel pretty foolish if I sent you more money than I actually owe you and still ended up with nothing to show for it.

I would gladly buy one of the left sabers if it helps you tridcloud and also helps some fellow members get the sabers. I must warn thought I will pull the PayPal plug 44 days in.. I'm just saying. Either way I hope this works out for everyone.. It's a tough situation all the way around

Heh....so I just saw these sitting out by my packing station. To those I just shipped to, I apologize. I forgot your clamp rings. I will ship those out to you tomorrow or Tuesday when I send out the next batch of sabers. It's been a long week
Yeah, I just realized this. However, I am refunding the money you just sent. I will not have anyone paying for my own mistakes.
Shipped a few more out today. Ran out of bubble wrap, so I have to wait until Monday when a check clears to get more. Will be shipping more then.

Just my 2 cents, but shouldn't those of us who have been patiently waiting for 3 years get our sabers first before we start worrying about extra sabers for friends?
