More or less. This one is pretty scratched up. The shroud and body I've had since June. It's gone to a few events and cons to show people the progress, so it's pretty banged up. Also, the flash on my camera makes it look weird. If its not raining tomorrow, I'll snag some shots under the sunlight. If it is, I'll see if I can snag one of my photographer friends to snap a bunch of pics under their lighting rigs.

I'm still figuring out the shipping options for overseas people. Will have prices posted shortly and be accepting payments soon.. I have a professional photographer coming over tomorrow to take pics of all the saber pieces from various angles under his lighting rig. Until then, here's another teaser of one all polished up:

Hey guys.
Sorry, I got called away suddenly and very last minute to help film a pilot for a new competitive reality show about lightsaber fighting and living the Jedi way. It went really well, and will hopefully be coming to your TVs this fall pending final approvals (and of course filming all the other episodes).
I will get photos and prices up on Monday.
No, it is not too late to order a polished version. You can do that when you send in payment. I'll have the price for polishing and/or assembly up with the rest of the stuff on Monday.

I was hoping to get a side by side shot of a polished and unpolished, but I only have the one here. The rest are at the shop awaiting payment. However, I might be able to run over there later with the polished one and put together an unpolished and snag some side by sides.

Thanks, Chris, and no, I can't seem to ever catch a break. But I hung on because I am a professional. I may be small time, but I take my work ethic VERY seriously. I'm embarrassed as hell that its taken so long, and if there's any interest in me doing another saber, I'll be taking steps to ensure a schedule is kept with the machine shop that ends up working the next run. It might mean costs going up a little and me losing some people who can get in on the run, but engineering and getting these made is a passion, and I hope to continue it.
