Toys "R" Us Iron Man Store Employee Armor?

I was just curious about who produces/manufactures the Iron Man Armor you see employees wearing at Toys "R" Us stores for people to pose with (at least the one in NYC Times Square has one, anyway), and also if they're available for purchase and for how much?

It's most likely the studio promotional suit. They use it at major events (like the Italian Iron Man 2 premier) and locations. (They had it at FAO Schwartz this past Christmas season)

It's studio made and studio owned and not available for purchase.
