How did you made the predator helmets?
I am planning to make a helmet,but I don't know what kind of materials i need to use to make it solid.
Your masks look really great and very realistic.

I think it looks great, I am going the same route this year. I just got my Mr I suit and am getting set to paint. I think the Mods on the masks are a must. Did you mount magnets inside the mask and Bio or did you go a different route so it stays in place?

No, I used magnets as well, I've done A LOT here lately and I'll be posting pics real soon, the suit is undergoing airbrushing right now, I've finished the feet and cannon as well as the vest, shoulder armour, and next to be completed are the hands, I've taken pics but I'll wait til it is all complete to post them with the final results, thank you all for the comments and the help fellow comrades

yeah to be honest I'll be so relieved when it's complete, I've had this thing going since last October and at times it seemed like I might not make this Halloween either however, when people come over to my house and see the suit hanging there with the masks, they are in awe and give me so much positive input on it that it just inspires me to get on it, I'm about 97% done with it but I know that when it's completed like all builders I will tear it down and make an even better one lol, Happy hunting brother!

so here's a long awaited preview of the WIP suit & cannon, at first I wasn't too keen on the Rubies Deluxe mask but after all the alterations and chages to it, it has started to grow on me, I am about 95% done with it and should be done by Halloween where folks here are anxiously awaiting its debut at the Halloween carnival & haunted house we have. Anyhow feel free to comment & add throw in some suggestions, thanks y'all

I actually started it with rigid foam board I got from The Office Depot and the smaller pieces are indeed the soft foamies from Wal-Mart

this is just the bio that came with the Rubies deluxe which I have modified by adding fiberglass resin to stiffen it up because it was too flimsy and delicate
