i would say don post dome with added accurate faceplate

I'm with Rob on this, DP derived, probably from a Classic Action, but the faceplate has definitely been replaced with a more accurate one.

I got some pics of the back, it's not an official Don Post as you guys suspected; no stamp or plate so it's probably a mashup of some kind.
Still waiting for it to get here. I'll post better photos if there's an interest. I'll be making some mods.
