Cool! Post some pics as soon as they arrive. or better yet hit us with an unboxing video on Youtube. Did you order standard size Armor or is custome to fit you?

nice work, TIE pilot is a cool looking rig, you did well. I managed to glue myself to my TIE helmet, during assembly.

Im not sure if I understand you, but the armor is trimmed an box painted -and the costume is done. Just some adjustments and voice and fan.

There were only one size to order (think its the same with all makers). Im a tall guy, so I guess it sits higher on me compaired to the actors, but I dont feel a need for a bigger size.

(sorry for the hoses being all over, I missed twisting them right. Think I will shorten them also. But I want to adjust the armor fit first.

I did an armor n box build up/review thread on jrs. I can post it here to if wanted.

As I said looking good but you may want to either paint your chicago screws or put hinged screw covers on them.

Hi. Decided to give the new rubber straps a try. Except being a tad short, they are very nice! :thumbsup

I grinded down machine screws to make the heads flat.

Wow, great job!

Okay, so I am totally blind in the realm of TIE pilots, is the type of hose coming out of the helmet a known quantity? I picked up a helmet, sans hoses and I would like to add them.
Thanks!

Casting in hot glue is really brilliant, by the way.
