No quite.

He's been missing for two weeks and his van was found abandoned. The local police believe that he has been murdered, but they haven't found his body, so there's nothing definite, yet. Apparently, a body part was found at his apartment, but they haven't confirmed that it belongs to him.

Very sad, though, if he is dead.
