Question Thread Tools gone? (answered)

I'm sorry if this is a dumb question, but I'm unable to find the Thread Tools icon so that I can subscribe to threads. I see the Forum Tools one in the forums/sub-forums still, but I don't want to subscribe to an entire forum, just a thread.

Help me mods, you're my only hope.

I'm not a mod, but here's where the "Subscribe" button is normally located in the first post of each thread:

But it's not there in threads for me, just in forums/sub-forums. Apparently BigDaddy is having the same issue today.:unsure
