Thinning brushable silicone?

Hi there,

I have some brushable silcone left over from some other project.

Now I'd need some POURABLE silicone (don't want to buy a new one)

Is there a way to make that happen? Some kind of thinner?

Yes, Silicone Thinner does exist, Here is Smooth-On's version but it has important drawbacks. It substantially reduces the tear strength of the rubber, increases pot life, and makes the resulting rubber a softer durometer.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't all "brushable" silicone actually pourable silicone with a thickener added .. or are there other types available?

If you combine thinner and thickener.. wouldn't that be weird?
