Hey guys, I have a friend who is really really wanting to make a winter soldier costume for a con in September and asked me about how to it. I am from the mando mercs and don't have much experience with non mando kits but I told him I would ask around. Any ideas on where to look? I went trough a quite a few forums here and couldn't find something that was as in depth explanatory as I wanted for him.
