here is my completed arm
the black lines are all free handed and i used a template for the star
i think it is more of a movie/comic mashup than a movie replica

Hello, I really like your winter soldier arm, and I was wondering if you have a tutorial, or template to follow for size's, and stuff cause I don't have the first clue about making the arm :$ I want to make it before Halloween so I could wear it! It would be amazing if you could help! I hope you could answer this as soon as possible! Thank you!

i made my arm using the iron man classic suit files found on JFcustom's foam page

I will post pictures of my arm once ive sealed and painted

I used the arm files that came with the classic iron man suit
it was really easy for me
i just went from the 3d model in pepakura viewer
i just left the size as it was
i hope this was a bit of help
