The Walking Dead Season 3

As far as character's dying, I'm not super attached to Rick, but if they kill Daryl or Glen/Maggie I'm done.

They kind of ruined the suspense of what happens to Daryl at the end of this season by showing him in the previews for next season, I'm glad he'll be back because if they killed him off I wouldn't watch anymore.

I think it's pretty obvious that they showed Daryl in the the trailer for when it picks up because if not they would have a million fan girls and apparently you :p all mad at the show lol.

I have to find a creative way to just give my opinion on what I think will happen when it comes back lol.

In the trailer, it looks like the group is divided on what to do with a certain someones brother.

Not sure if anyone read this, it was during one of the commercial breaks. It's Beth's tips for looking hot.

They aren't making Andrea's character very smart or redeemable IMO(And somehow Michonne is always a mute)

Why didn't Michonne explain the Governors actions to Andrea?

Why didn't Andrea see the Gov's creepy heads right away and question them?

The preview alluded too Andrea going back and forth between Woodbury and the prison, like she actually is still siding with the Gov???

The group has done such a great job securing the prison that there's a wide open entrance in the back that leads almost directly to their cell block with no doors to stop the zombies? (Assumed from the zombies following Tyreese and crew all the way to the boiler room)

Didn't Kirkman write last nights episode? Some really great lines, such as...

"You're a lez-bee-an" because "you got the short hair.".

Did anyone catch this from the Talking Dead?!

"It's just a kid, a woman, a teenage girl and a guy with one leg! We can take this place!" :lol:lol:lol

I saw that thing about Emily. Was kind of funny that they gave all of 2 seconds to read it before they went to more commercials. I guess it is good we live in the era of the DVR.

Am I the only one that hopes they slow down a bit? Yes, there were parts of last season that were slow and drawn out, but you can only maintain this breakneck pace for so long. We just plowed through half of the season and the episodes felt like they were 10 minutes long. I'm all for the action but the drama was one of the things that got me hooked in the first place. As much as I hated him, I miss Shane. His love hate relationship with Rick brought an interesting dynamic.

I know we need zombie (and now just general bad guy) fodder but when we don't get to know characters very well, their deaths don't have as much impact. I really hope the writers realize that this black guy of the month thing is already old and continuing it any further will not only make them look racist but will make the show very predictable and laughable. I'm more than willing to have more sporadic deaths if the ones we do get have more of an impact.

I really want to see Daryl taken down a notch. He has become a fan favorite and is obviously my favorite character. I don't want him to become invincible though. This is The Walking Dead. I want to feel like all the characters are hanging on by a thread and can go at any time.

Oh and what was the point in telling his men to take no prisoners and shoot to kill (so Andrea doesn't know who they are) just to have them capture Daryl and then parade him around in front of Andrea. Does he not care about his relationship anymore? If not, great. I really liked how they opened the jar of crazy and drizzled a little on the Gov last night. I'm ready for the feces to hit the fan.

Um, I kinda got the impression that Daryl was almost a goner when Andrea nearly took his head off last season. I don't think he needs to be taken down a notch or that he is invincible. If anything, I want to see him become even more bad ass. He is the red neck Clint Eastwood of the zombie apocalypse.

This was by far the funniest thing to come out of the Talking Dead. Speaking of Talking Dead, with what Damon said about Andrea, I'm fully convinced that the writers have no idea how to write her character. Even Hardwick seems put off.
I thought the "You got the short hair" comment was uproariously hilarious. This is guy is a lonely redneck inmate, of course he stereotypes and hits on women. The look on Carol's face afterwards was also a nice nod to every jockish hetero chick who's been hit on by another girl. The randomness of it felt very much like real life.
I imagine that, whatever may happen next, you'll get your wish with Daryl. Merle may be an abusive jackhole, but Daryl still loves his big brother, and any scenario that could occur will end in hurt for the poor guy.

I have to say Carl was the man in this episode Yup Carl Lol, he is ready to bust a cap in anyone, he told Tyreese I'll do it to take out one of their members with his little Silencer he's become quite the little Hitman, and then don't turn your back on Carl because "CLINK!" he just locked you in a Cell and he ain't letting you out LOL! Carl bought his A game last night he is not playing. :lol

I agree. This was the best moments we have seen this season. Truly funny and awkward and almost a little sweet. The look on Carol's face was priceless.

I agree with what an earlier poster said. I think we need to slow it down and just see life. I actually liked life on the Hershel farm and all that it entailed. It was interesting to see that you didn't need dramatic, over-the-top bad-guys to make life harder. It is hard enough as it is. While it is still interesting, I think we have, sadly, come a long way from the drama of the first season.

For all the I hate Michonne's character, I have to say that they have handled the Gov quite well. In the comic, they are both absolutely ridiculous characters who should be in an X-Men comic, not the Walking Dead. Michonne was transferred to screen with all of her silliness and I just want her gone. I am glad, at least so far, that they haven't done the same with the Gov.

Yeah, Carl has really grown up and for once he's staying put and not wandering off without anybody knowing and getting himself into trouble. I think that those people that Carl rescued are seriously underestimating him by thinking he's just a kid and that they can take his and Carol's weapons because of it, did they not see him take out the walkers during their rescue? They're also not very smart in not thinking how a kid, two women, and an old man with one leg could clear and secure the prison by themselves if they were so helpless. I think that if Tyreese's group actually tries to go through with taking on Carl and gang their group is going to be a few members fewer.

I was wishing for them to write the little bugger off last season. It was "Where's Carl?!" every damned time you came back from commercial. (Hyperbole!) I'm still trying to wrap my head around the aluminum baseball bat suppressor.

I guess somewhere between Herschel's farm and the prison they found themselves a sporting goods store and got themselves the baseball bat and then a machine shop where they were able to turn it into a suppressor and thread the barrel of his pistol.

Carl is definitely stealing the show. I'm loving his transformation this season.
Absolutely agree! If there is a person we should see grow it's him. Young people literally grow before our eyes and it makes perfect sense to see this in Carl. From that little wanderer last season Carl is making good progress as a leader. He did everything right last night.

I was sure there would be a cliffhanger, but I was hoping a few more things would be resolved. I need some closure on a few things!
