My Ruger P22 came w/ a factory thread barrel. The Ruger 22/45 also comes threaded as well as a number of other guns. Nothing rare about it.

Oh maybe. Regardless, I just don't see cops going around with pistols with threaded barrels for supressors. Maybe if they're SWAT but not regular constables.

Wow.

Knowing the Carl from the comic has a lot to do with it but it is insane how one picture totally makes me do a 180 on how I feel about a character.
