The Walking Dead Season 2 Trailer

I don't know why I keep wondering about what the CDC doctor whispered to Rick. At first, since he took blood samples from everyone, I thought it might have been that his wife was pregnant. However, that was false. Now I am wondering if he said everyone is infected, it just takes death to take it to the "Walker" level. I just may be making more of the whisper than there was/is. Someone sent me a link (lost it) of a parody of the whisper, something like, "You're all going to die... dogs will marry cats... the fly and the bumble bee.... on, and on, and on."

I believe what the CDC guy whispered to Rick was "next season the budget will be cut in half so be prepared to spend most of it between a road and a farm".

All we know is that whatever it was, it was something that has affected Rick's way of thinking and decision making. Kirkman himself has said it's had a profound effect on Rick.

^More than likely he told him when they die, they become walkers too. That everyone has the disease.

Best episode of the season for me. Looks like the spoilers I found were right on. Even knowing what was going to happen at the end, I could not helped but be moved by that poor little girl being put down.

Nice to see Rick becoming the leader that he is in the comics. What really surprised me about the episode was the overall acting quality. Very solid for me, especially Hershels as the walkers were being killed as they exited the barn.

Really surprised that they did not take another opportunity to change things up and simply have Shane throw Dale in some quick sand or murder him in the swamp.

Can't wait till February:)

I guess it's too much to hope that
Laurie gets killed soon
I wanna see Rick's phone conversations. That shiz was too funny! :lol

^Sweet:) Oh, this is one idea from the comics that I really hope plays out on the show.

Wait a minute...
"Due to extremely high demand and selling out of initial quantity very quickly, we are producing an additional 200 Apocalypse Kits for sale. This is a PRE-ORDER that will ship on December 19th, 2011. (Not recommended for Canadian orders expected by 12/25/11 due to ship times)
What if it happens? What if our worst fears are realized? If the Dead walk, the continuation of the human race will become a daily struggle. Are you prepared to protect and defend your family and friends? Your best chance lies in the Gerber Apocalypse Survival Kit."

High demand?! I better put off getting that Chewie Backpack I saw in the mall yesterday and order one of these.

I just hope Lauri doesn't have a stillborn. That would be brutal!

^:lol:thumbsup:thumbsup Great pic! As far as Lori's baby goes. It should be very interesting to see what is done on the show.

That was a pretty good finale. I agree with most of Shane's points, and I appreciated the way he made them too.

I also loved the way that Shane just turns around and shoots the walker in the head while Rick is Wrangling him LOL! He's a hot head but when the crap hits the fan he's the kind of guy you want well maybe not if your name is Otis :cry Lol.

So you want to put your faith in a guy who has already demonstrated he'll kill anyone who gets in his way or who's incapacitation means he gets to live another day? Including you? That's some bad choice there.

Shane is loosing it, but his priorities are in the right place. The decisions and positions that Rick is putting the group in are dangerous. Rick splits up the group on searches, doesn't have communication with them. Shane would be more calm if it wasn't for Rick. The only really off thing with him is wanting to be "the daddy."

Hopefully Rick will not be as trusting next time. His head isn't on right for the world as is.

Shane only cared about Shane before the Walker epidemic. That part has not changed. What has changed is that he has crossed a line, and see's nothing wrong with that mentality.

I am really looking forward to the comfrontation that his line of thinking/behavior is going to bring. As far a Rick goes. He cares to a fault. He wants to do what is right no matter what the potential cost will be.

Only Rick could put down Sophia. I really hope the wirters build on the emotional toll that is bound to take on him.

You would think these people could have raided a small store for cheap walkie talkies or something...

They don't seem to have trouble finding guns and ammo.

am I wrong to say they did have walkies at one point? Rick had his police walkie, Asian kid communicated with Rick in the tank with a walkie.... Any sap can convert a 110v charger to run off a car battery without an adapter or inverter so the argument of no electricity Kerr Avon will have is moot. Besides, the farm has a magic invisible vegetables and fruit garden thats plentiful to feed a group so why not a nuclear power plant in the tool shed? Something has to be powering that generator since fuel is so abundant at the farm.
