Hello everyone, it’s my second thread on the forum. After rewatching Paul Brickman’s classic movie again, I set out to locate Tom’s wardrobe from the film but there wasn’t much I could find. Since this is one of the most dedicated film communities on the internet, I was wondering if I could get some outside help for this one. I think putting a couple of the iconic outfits together would really be something, and I’ll try to help with what I can. I’ll post some screenshots later. Thanks in advance.

You can't go wrong with the red letterman jacket,red seersucker oxford shirt , the one he dances in (not pink as many would think), vintage wayfarer, brown sperry boat shoes, tiny whitees and vintage pair of 501.

He also wears marine Nike Cortez.

Since I am not the type to abandon my own thread, I have finally gathered screengrabs worthy of sharing here. It took facing the complications of file transfers and redifining how I use reverse-image search features, but here they are:

To keep some of the known info organized, I’m doing this top to bottom:
Tops: Green raglan sweatshirt, Princeton raglan sweatshirt, Red/Gray sweatshirt from an unknown brand (since the screenshots are 720p, I have a feeling a 1080p screenshot of the photo of it in post one will clear up the lettering), pink long sleeve dress shirt, red seersucker long sleeve shirt, purple checkered long sleeve shirt, white red striped polo, white/red varsity jacket, wavy/ragged line sweater, blue and yellow striped aquamarine sweatshirt, sparkly black sweater, red sweater, white dress shirt, black tee, and the iconic blazer.
Belts: Just one occasionally worn brown belt partially covered by a red/white/blue stripe around it
Bottoms: One pair of Levis and one pair of Lee’s jeans
Shoes: Marine Nike Cortez and a type of Sperry Topsider
And last but not least, vintage Ray-Ban Wayfarers.
Also, this was my 100th post.

Since I promised to come back here, I now have new work to do here. For starters, Joel wears a pair of Levi’s and a pair of lee jeans. As far as I can tell, both are a lighter wash, but could someone care to enlighten me as to what they think or know the exact fits are? I’ve narrowed the Levi’s down to slim or skinny and I’m not sure about the Lee’s.

The oxford shirts, I'm pretty sure are all Ralph Lauren. That belt, I had it and I think it was either Lauren or Sperry - might have been Gucci but the colors are a little off. The red/white golf shirt looks like Penguin, but not sure. One of the sport coats pictured (the diner) looks like YSL to me (I still have a navy blue one that has the same lapel). The other one may be Hugo Boss. I remember the blue speckled sweater but I can't for the life of me remember who did it - Armani maybe.
