To me this graflex represents JJ's attempt at fixing Rian's horrific second act to the ST. It just proves that you cant put a band-aid on an amputation and expect it to look the same.

More like it adds to the mythic idea of the Skywalker lightsaber. The sword that was been broken has been remade.
Was there a noticeable difference between Narsil and Anduril though ? They looked pretty much the same unless I am mistaken.
That makes sense. Probably more so than the graflex getting fixed after TLJ.

I'm assuming the need to reuse cut Leia material dictated keeping the saber substantially the same. It looks like they've recycled some of the footage of Leia handing the Skywalker saber over or Rey, and I'd further guess that there's saber-specific dialog that they're keeping.
Is anyone planning to do a run of this Episode 9 clamp or completed hilt? Romans Empire ?
