The other Jawa blaster (the one not made from an Enfield.)

I read this thread from the beginning. It was fascinating watching the hunt over 6+ years. Really admire your dedication. Thank you.

Are there plans to make copies of any of these rare parts for blaster kits?

There are ;)

The venturi, collar and coupling will be offered for sure
The other parts are still in the process of -hopefully- being identified at some point...we´ll see

Got a mysterious box yesterday....let´s ALL have a look at its contents ;)

shall we open it?...

Wow....a box full of brand new cardboard packing mats!

Didn-´t even know I ordered these :lol

But wait....there is something else in the box:

What´s that? ;)

It´s stuff for a blaster builders dream :D

Did I say YEEEEESSSSSSSSSSSSSS already? :cool

The couplings definately are what we were looking for.
The only differences are that the parts-number is printed instead of stamped (possibly changed during the production process over the last decades) and the knurling is a bit more prominent. But I can live with that ;)

Next:
Adding the hopefully correctly sized (20 teeth) timing pulley and making the drawing for the "collar" that goes on the end of the venturi. Will have this machined from aluminum or delrin, we´ll see

Now it´s time to proceed with the rest of the add-on parts! :D

thx for looking, hope you enjoyed the pics ;)

And there it is, mostly, one of the oldest aircraft parts attached to one of the newest aircraft parts in the OT universe (I think). Break out the cigars then - congrats, it's a blaster!!! :D

Or could it be a mini launcher like a small Gustav M2 in reverse?

I just have to chime in here. This is amazing fellas! I can't tell you how many hours and people's time I wasted researching this back in the day. I had joined many forums that specialized in horns, aircrafts, etc. trying to find these parts. KUDOS!!!

Man, its just awesome seeing these pics!!

Weeeeell...

I just spent the last day trying to work my way through Solid Edge and after about 12 hours, here´s what I came up with.
There are several smaller areas, that I am not happy with, but I just can not find the way how to solve the issues. Maybe I´ll just have them 3D printed and clean up/ add the missing details later on. "Only" took me 8 months to get that far :rolleyes:lol

Also have the shoulder stock cut and 90% shaped, the venturi prepped and the correct timing pulley (38mm O.D./ 11mm belt/ 20 teeth) scored. Still LOTS to do, but I wanted to share my excitement anyway :p

Happy to see this thread still going, I do have some questions about it though, is the Venturi modified or is this the way its original made? And are the hydraulic coupler still available? You said they are expensive, but I can't find wine close to the one you have, any insight would be helpful..
