The Master's Ring *SPOILERS*

So the last episode of season 3, we got a few nice closeups of the Master's ring, anyone out there that can do this?

I'm more curious about who picked it up. Was that the Rani? Or a female Master? Uhh.. Mistress?

I recon it wasn't the Master that got killed. Him and his wife must have switched appearances. The Masters is a genious at altering his appearance if past adventures are anything to go by and no way can a Time Lord die from a bullet.

well the ring does have the same kind of markings as the pocket watch, so youre probably right

Ring and design:

The image on the ring seems to be the 'Laz Labs' logo (from 'The Lazarus Experiment'):

It does also have the Gallifreyan writing, or sigils across it, going on the closeup from the end scene. Tho why it appears to be enameled green, not black, I got no idea!

Well, one thing seems to be sure. The ring is like the pocket watch,
and we will see the Master again. He will be played by a differnt actor
though.

Remember ...the Master chose not to regenerate ...that was stated clearly in the episode and by the crew in the confidential episode.

The companion probably picked up the ring.
Jack is the Face of Bo that was clear at the end also.

They left it slightly open that the master could return with that shot of that pretty manacured hand picking the ring up. Yes the ring has the Galifrey writting on it...and it is possible that is from the tomb of rassilon or the Lab your talking about, we wil have to wait and see.

Anyone tackling the ring??

That's what I thought. Some kind of large ring with a space in the top, chuck some Sculpey in the top and paint it greenish, then make little circles with designs on them and glue them on (probably not as easy as I think, though). Thoughts?

Yeah similar to mine actually.

But I was gonna use Milliput

I think the hard part will be the shape of the circles. Maybe drill some holes of different diameters into some plastic and use that to make the circles to stick onto the base(cheap plastic ring). Then ontop of that the carvings.

Think someone can give me some measurements I can go off?

EDIT: By measurements, I mean what would be a good diameter for the face of the ring? I can get the diameters for the circles from that by using the diagram from the BBC and fractions etc.
