'The Mask' Cuban Pete Costume!!

Hi,
I am looking to buy the costume from 'The Mask' but not the yellow suit!
I want the Cuban Pete costume, blue frilly shirt with white pants and black hat with tassles. I can not find it anywhere!
Could anyone point me in the right direction??
