The Lost World: Jurassic Park - RV Electronics *UPDATED*

You sure did! Great job!

Just a few days ago I was searching Google for "Data Dock" thinking that might be what was on the device label, but it didn't yield any good results. And I can't even remember how many times I searched for every variant of "SCSI drive backup" without finding anything. The MicroNet brand name was the key. I've never even heard of that brand.

So what now though. Do you have a way to forward this information to the new owners in case they want to obtain some of these devices?

I'm not quite sure what the next step is. It's not likely that I'll be able to contact the new owners directly. I may just send this info to the previous owner and perhaps he can forward it to them.

I think I was mostly interested in identifying these devices simply to have this info archived and available to the RPF community. Also, on a personal level, I REALLY just wanted to know what these things were!

The case on the wall looks like this Hitachi drill case. Probably used for other tools as well.

Also, in regards to that grey hard case. I saw some Hitachi cases that looked superficially similar, and Thermodyne makes a lot of different cases that share certain hallmarks, but I haven't found a good match.

I saw the movie recently, and the screen that shows the RV status (scene that appears between Eddy's appearance and his death) at first I thought it was a TV, but when I looked at these comments I realized that it was actually a CTX PanoView 600 LCD monitor, a total of 4 of those monitors (counting the CTX used in the ultrasound)
