the Jedi - A-99 Aqua Breather build...

In an effort to have the A-99 ready & in Jedi Pouches for Celebration V -
...I've decided to concentrate on the A-99 AB design Exclusively.
I will offer the other Air-Tank design (un-named / pictured below) as a follow-up
(It just might be ready for CV Too!)

A flipped composite image to get a better look at how the prepped parts will look when assembled.
Now it's off to my vendor for molds & castings...

Friends on mine, who are going to San Diego CC, have asked if I can have these ready a little early,
so I could be posting in the RPF / JY as soon a week from Today (june 21).

Two general questions:

1. How many of you are going to replace the cast 310 Super Hinge Points with real 310 Super Hinge Points?

2. How many of you think you'll be able to resist the urge to put this in your mouth after you've finished building it? :D
 
All A-99s will be Painted & Assembled (ready for consumption) :lol.

we plan to cast the mouth-piece in a sanitary & delicious high impact resin.
 
My supplier ordered me the 50 pack of Super Hinge Points,
so I can include an Extra pair of Hinges with the fisrt 12 / A-99 Pre-Orders.
(with 2 left over for me)

My mistake; I assumed you would be selling these in kit form, not as a finished product.
 
I can see how you might have thought that. I get a little carried away with my word-play.

Most personal inquiries have requested a Finished replica for this years' Conventions & other events. If there are enough requests I may offer a kit, but there will be little difference - cost wise.

All kidding aside, yours is the best and most accurate A-99 replica I've seen so far; your attention to detail really makes it stand out in the crowd.
 
So cool!!! This thread reminded me of the early days of the RPF on ezboard! Everybody trying to figure out Episode 1 props. Great job!!!
