haha, has anyone even downloaded it yet? we all have DF's finished mk 3 files, and these are a looong way from being finished.

i would say take your ball and go home... its lopsided anyway.
i mean, you won't take the advice given to you, you think everyone is out to get you, bad mouth those that try to help you out, and give you suggestions...
I mean, you are a legend in your own mind anyway, what differance does it make if you grace us with your files or not, as you are obviously above us anyway, with the fact that you can throw around hundred dollar bills as props... what do you need our approval for.

i think what sleeping lionheart meant was that Iron Patriot's armor is different from normal iron man's and the OP has been pepping a normal iron man suit so far. personally i think the changes could be added in after the fact, but i wouldn't waste time on modeling the areas that need to be changed. (IE no arc reactor but a star on the chest instead)

btw any updates on the suit? not the models.
Ok. i've been in the background watching this thread go on and on.
The model is unquestionable. its good. end.
I do use pep designer and i did buy the key because the program is that good and worth it.
I do understand your source wanting to protect his work and hell. Rightly so.
That being said Iron Man is not a small project for even the most seasoned of costumers. I'm working on unfolding a generical model. and yeah. its a Shed load of work.
Why not allow people access to the pdo file to help unfold and join flaps and folds where they need them? I have an A3 sized printer- while i can adjust the paper size sadly i can't rearange parts to allow for less waste.
The PDO's will not allow someone to import them to seperate 3d programs and will remain within the pep world. Personally alot of the missing parts ( and on the torso) theres Alot of missing pieces. Of course they may well be mere clutter but i'd watch to have them to continue the objects shape is nothing else.

Actually, you can import into other programs. I've done it before a couple of times.
