We went by G4 later in our prowl, with Elder-one and about a half dozen Hunters.... not sure if that showed up; we didn't stay up late to watch the masquerade...

I never realized how many people were going in-suit this year! It's a whole hunting party! Pics are so awesome guys, excellent suits, great turn out, looks like a ton of fun. Extremely jealous to tell ya the truth Itching to join everyone someday. Right now my goals are this years Halloween *cough*carl's backpack*cough*, next year's Dragon Con, and the year after's Comic Con. Might pop by this years DC out of suit to look around, maybe meet some fellow Lair-goers in person. Gotta keep on truckin until then, frantically trying to make Halloween.

Great suit, Ceasar. I like how you put some P2 lower jaws on there. You can't even really see the scarring on the left side of the face with the paintjob you have on there. Great colors and patterning. I like it a lot!
Now you gotta get Kithunter to add it to the "completed suit thread".
Also, did you guys there say the P1/P2 crossover was NFB? If so, great new suit, Art! I like the idea of the full P1 suit and armor, but painted in the P2 skin and armor colors, even the use of the P2 jaws looked nice with it.

Ya that was me in the P1 Red snake suit I tryed to repaint my blue but didnt have the time to I was to busy doing mine and my friends in the P1 suit not yet a member he bought that from me a year ago and just fit it to hes size this year I also painted hes bio. I got a lot better in painting now that was my first time doing a P2 snake pattern as I always do the P1 but never a P2 like style now I cant wait to do one.

Julie the head took me a day to paint, and body suit after the primer, took me about a day and a half .

Well myself and Ken are home safe and sound..albeit with serious jet lag..lol
Just like to give out a huge thank u to Scott for letting me suit up in his Hotel room at the Marriot, which saved me alot of Hassle..thanks bud
Also a big thanks to Damon/Hayden and Scott again for being such cool guys and making us feel really welcome and inviting us on Damons bachelor party, man we got drunk in that bar...lol
U guys have to come to Ireland soon, our turn to get yee drunk and disorderly..lol
Also Greyback for being a top guy and filming and documenting everything, u rule man...
Also a big thanks to the support, dave/samatha and ernies mum who was really nice....she gave me water..lol
What a great week we had and i will never forget it....i have no excuse i will have to go back next year now...
If ive missed anyone sorry, we met lots of people and when ur suited up its hard to remember who's who, especially when ur blowing sweat off ur face..id like to think i left something behind in San Diego even if it was only little pools of sweat on the con floor as well as on a few unsuspecting picture hunters..oops sorry

Derak is was great to meet you and Ken as well. We got tore up at Altitude that night...wow. I was still drunk when we walked around con Sunday for a bit. We will definitely see you in Ireland sometime soon we hope. Damon, Hayden and myself hve already been figuring out when we can do it. You are always welcome in Texas at my place too.
As for the Con clan this year...it was a great time. A pleasure seeing all of you. I had a great time and cant wait till next year. I will start a planning thread in a few weeks. I did it last year, Damon this year, so its my turn again. I had an incredible time this year and cant wait to top it next year!

hey guys i would tend to disagree with the 2 clans idea...we are a GLOBAL community
it's great that once in a while we can come together and feel like part of a group, but those who can't make it shouldn't feel like they are not part of the brother and sisterhood. IMHO they are just as important

i don't know if its subconcious ignorance or what but sometimes we americans think that we are the only "REAL" place on earth and easily forget about others because we are wrapped in our own little bubble. I've been guilty of it too from time to time. This is a global community and we should all act accordingly.
Just to prove a point of ignorance i was on xbox live one evening unwinding and heard the most ignorant thing ever. I was on with a friend from Russia and we were talking in Russian. Some dude just started spouting off to us to get on Russian internet that this was American internet and for us to go away. I let him have it, lettting him know i was actually American, he left. Loser, lol.

clarifying.... we only got to part of it, the western hemisphere and didn't keep going... so we have:
Western Hemisphere West Side and East Side (covers US, Canada, Central America and South America),
Eastern Hemisphere West Side and East Side (West Side for Europe, Africa, Middle East, then East Side for Asia, India, Japan, and the Pacific Islands)
that takes care of the globe.
