The Hatbox Ghost from Haunted Mansion

Hatbox has been one of my "dream" cosplays since I started this hobby and I feel like my skill is at a point where I can do it right. I'm going to attempt to pull a few tricks with hiding the face/revealing the head. Here is the mask, modeled out.

And here is the first successful print of the mask! The mask's mouth does articulate, but it's a print straight from the printer and no real work has been done yet, hence the obvious screws to hold the lower jaw in place.

Ahhh, that's cool too. I just started learning Blender for digital sculpting. Should be a fun experience.
I do some modeling in Blender and, believe it or not, still use 123D Design. I'm fine at doing mechanical design, but organic is still out of my league.

Been super busy with my Etsy account, so getting all the bells and whistles for Hatbox done for the con in October isn't going to happen. That being said, still going to put together something proper for Hattie, even if it's not the final product. Here he is with the top hat I'll be wearing.

Was able to make use of your mask file from etsy and put together a Haunted Mansion themed family getup. I was rushed for time so very little post processing work was done on the mask and accessories.

Thanks MorbidCharlie
