The ESB Hose - X-wing / snowspeeder

In my quest to build a very accurate X-wing/ Snowspeeder costume, I’ve hit a blocker! The hose used on the ESB flightsuits.

This hose differs from the bath overflow pipe used in the ANH x-wing. I can only assume they had to use a longer length of pipe and the original piece didn’t cut it.

The pipe is similar to that used on the AT-AT helmet (and probably other things).

So my question - does anyone have a good idea of what it is? Pond waste pipe? Conduit?

Everything I find just seems to miss the mark.

Yes - washing machines use the hose similar to the bath overflow, Pools use larger diameter hoses.

Looks like a cpap hose or an old salon hairdryer with the hood built into a chair?

A long time ago, I found one that looked the part at the back of a washing machine, for sure.

It looks similar to the hose used on the Vibro axe or mynock cave rebreather? I’m not sure it’s quite the same but might give you some leads.

On they rebreather it was a medical use tube by a company called buffalo for smoke evacuation - bottom
