The Definitive Peter Quill/Star-Lord Costume Thread

Which helmet are you using? I use magnets in mine.
Im using a EFX helmet with leds and fans. The is a battery pack in the back half. There is padding on the top front and back to hold it on my head. The mods made it heavy. Magnets won't keep it together. I'll post pictures later

Hi, new here, what a ton of infos here, I wish I found this thread before making my costume! I made my first attempt at a Star Lord, so here's some pictures of the boots and belt I made from leather scraps and used motocross boots. The boots have an Arduino nano to light the LEDS in sequence. (see the attached video). Also a t-shirt i made with transfer paper and the white painted by hand since the white would not print. I bought the helmet, the vest and the gun, since I didn't have the time to finish before the Halloween party.I also bought a walkman props, printed a sticker of a replica of Peter Quill walkman. I will probably use this costume for the Montreal Comicon in december.

Awesome work, i approve of this, :)(y)

I need help!!! I've purchased 2 efx star-lord helmet and both of them now have a broken back half piece. I need help!! A 3d printable file of the back piece that matches the efx helmet would save my life

I'm at my last rope. I have spent a lot of time and money on efx star-lord helmet. It has Working fans, dimmable amazing led eye lights and a side light. Custome hinges i made welding metal. Cellphone batteries in the back piece to power everything. And the back piece is broken

This file might help? Apparently has lineage. Judging by the convex shape of the eye lenses, I think it might be a scan of the EFX

Anyone else know Anyone with a 3d scan/modeled efx star-lord helmet? I really need to be able to print the back part to replace my broken back half

Hiya peeps.

I'm looking at doing a new run of my GotG vol 2 jacket. If you're interested, please comment in the new thread I made:

:)

Hopefully lots of accuracy upgrades on the new production run!! Would love if that shoulder guard can be made way more solid, every time I see one it's flapping about or sticking straight out. I'm always tempted to transplant my WSL guard onto my BEP jacket because it's so darn solid
