Hey there peoples! A few weeks back I decided to take a crack at one of the coolest villains in Doom's history: The Dark Lord! Of course, I'll only be making his armor. I'll be posting my progress on this thread for all to see and give suggestions to me! I hope you'll enjoy this journey as much as I will!
So starting off, I obviously needed the model from the game to work from (Since there are currently no premade dark lord armor templates online, or so I've seen). So I split it up, exported the seperate pieces of the armor, and imported them as objs into pepakura! I'm currently working on just converting all of the pieces rather than assembling them one by one, but if I should do it incrementally, please feel free to let me know! Oh, and here is my progress so far!
The Shin Armor, as you can tell,
And here's the Knee Armor. Neat stuff.
