"The Daring Dragoon" from Jack of all Trades

Has anyone done this costume before? If so any help would be appreciated.

I have been wanting to do this costume for a while now. I have found a few pictures online but nothing really clear on the boots or pants. I don;'t have the series so I cant get screen caps, does anyone have any pics they could share?

I have noticed 2 different versions of the cloak, one has tassels and black trim and the other has not black trim or tassels.

The shirt, hat and cloak should be easy enough to replicate.

OMG I loved that show! I have the series burnt somewhere I believe. I can look around for it but it may take awhile as I have alot of books to go through and videos. I would love to see a suit of the Daring Dragoon.

what u want is red velvet for the cape it has no trim normally the with trim i think was a curtain bruce stole

In the first episode yes but in others the cape fluctuated between no black trim and one with trim

I couldn't find the dvd sadly but I did find an almost complete picture of his costume. the boots were cut off a bit at the bottom but you can make out the tops of them. Thats about all I could find. let me know if you want it and i'll pm it to ya

You'll need a chin prosthetic.

I am convinced that the cloak clasp was a found item, I know I have seen it before, does anyone else think it looks familiar?

It looks like a fashion belt buckle that women wore in back in the day, which are now coming back. Usually worn with elastic belts. My gf has one similar, but its birds, not a butterfly thing.
