I figured i would take a break from my recent "Escape from New York" obsession and focus on something else.
Does anyone watch the tv show "The Cape"? It's about a cop who is framed and hunted by the officials because they think he is a criminal mastermind named "Chess". He is almost killed but rescued by the "Carnival of Crime" a bunch of circus performing criminals who train him and give him the titular cape that is spun from Spider-Silk.
So he slaps a costume together and goes after the guy who framed him, Fleming, the richest man in the city who also happens to be the real "Chess".
Assisting the Cape is "Orwell" (played by Summer Glau = River Tam), a female internet genius who is after Fleming for reasons of her own.
The Cape's costume is a deep black hood, shiny black cape, a leather domino-type eye mask, a black curass with what looks like copper designs and black pants and boots.
I MAY attempt this costume this year for Halloween, but if i can pull some Snake Plissken gear together, I'm going as Snake!
