Apologies for the slow updates on this thread.........been swamped lately.

Butt mold done and a fiberglass product pulled and painted. A version2 FOTK helmet currently being painted and the start of a Capt. Phasma helmet in the works. Might as well maximize the FOTK molds by building the character who uses 80% of all the parts. Since we also make 3PO, the fingers used by Phasma is already done

Thermal Detonator mold done. Pulled a fiberglass copy and applied a white wash of paint. Just the belt boxes left to mold and the costume will be complete! Whew!

nice.

The opinion is that the base for this blaster is a Glock - if that's any help.
The Nerf version is also a very good start.

Small update.........

Still playing around with sintra and adding some details to the FOTK pistol.
More progress on Captain Phasma - card prototypes for the chevron shin plate, shoe plate, curve spat and heel armour plate.
Will apply thin fiberglass to hold its shape then bondo.

It turned out to be a 50-piece set!! Unpainted but primered smooth with epoxy primer. Interior will be black gelcoat.
