Testors Dullcote or Glosscote - will it seal wood?

Can either Testors Glosscote or Dullcote be used to seal wood?

A qualified "yes".
Depending on the porosity of the wood it may take several coats to seal it. I believe Testers Glosscote is a clear lacquer, and would seal as well as any other lacquer would.
