I saw the fist and some toy figures at Toys R Us about a week ago when I was looking for the Star Trek phaser over in Kansas.

Somebody here did endo-skeleton temporary tattoos for use at halloween. They were fairly cool, but kind of understated.

If a couple were done like the skull or hand patches, things would be pretty cool for those temp tats.
