Technical question: Custom Circuitry?

Sorry if I posted this in the wrong forum, move it if it is, but I was wondering where I could either learn, have someone teach me, or preferably make it for me and I can buy it from them, a custom circuit.

Among my current projects, I'm building an Iron Man Arm with a repulsor, and I need this:

I need the circuit to work with LEDs, a camera flash bulb, use a rechargeable power source(or a long lasting portable power source), very simple sound effects(possibly), and multiple switches(One to turn on/off one set of LEDs[the LEDs need to fade in and out], one to charge the flash[and turn on 2 LEDs while charged, pressing the expell button switches said LEDs off], and one to expel the flash.)

And the whole set up requires 4 Bright White LEDs, 13 Super blue LEDs(NTE30027), 3 blue LEDs, 1 high powered flash bulb, a power source, all the circuitry required, and a a few tiny buttons that can be molded into the fingers of the glove. Also, keep in mind that this whole circuit will be spread out, and needs to fit under the red armor and that the power source can fit in the upraised part of the Armor that I circled:

I know it's complicated, but I just don't want to jerry-rig the whole thing like I tried and failed to do before.

If you think you can do it, know how I can learn, or maybe know of a company that specializes in stuff like this, please let me know.

I'll answer any questions about this, just let me know! haha

That is a lot to take on, if you are learning how to do it.

I would contact gmprops here.

Gerry makes the tricorder circuits and may be able to help you out.
