Just got my Spider-Man suit from an awesome RPF member here. It's not TASM but I thought I'd share it anyway. Before wearing it, I was a bit afraid that I might not have looked good in it but it's not bad actually. The suit fits perfect. Don't neglect your lower body, guys.

The left photo was taken a couple of weeks ago and the right photo is from 2011 well before I started weight lifting.

(My thighs aren't THAT big because you can't really see my second thigh, but they really have grown compared to my Spider-girl)

What's up guys? Had my cheat meal yesterday and boy was it a cheat meal. 42 inch pizza for a friends birthday. Despite that have a little bit of progress to show this week.

If this thread had its own reality show, my ankle injury would've been a cliffhanger for sure. I got WonderCon in a week and I'm trying to finish and wear my battle damage Spidey but more importantly, I need to fit into it. My plan was to lose at least 5-10lbs by going hard and then of course this happened.

Full reconvery will take at least a couple of weeks so in the meantime, rather than going hard exercise-wise, I'll be going hard diet-wise.

I'll get a scale read tonight after getting some light exercise and first full day of cleaner eating. Stay tuned.

Everyone who's sticking to this. You should be proud of yourselves :)

My current plan is to stay under 170, and still get bigger/defined shoulders and forearms, and a lean waist. I fail anyways when i do a set of pull ups and dips so hopefully i can fix that as i get started on another ASM suit. It would be awesome to lift my own weight for some high angle shots in the suit.

Whoa, just saw your post El Fett, thats awful man, i hope you recover soon :/ Dieting is always a good way to lose weight in this situation. Just stay away from sugar and starch as much as you can and keep that leg safe! We cant do this challenge without ya'

Im 5'9". In my opinion I have a pretty short waist and long arms and legs. I eat well and exercise but i only recently pushed myself to handle the weight and stamina being spiderman requires.

Here's my update for today.

Up a pound and not feeling to happy about it. My exercise is on point as I do work out six days a week with one resting day.

My diet however needs tremendous work. I need to be more aware of what I put in my body. This past week I've allowed myself to more junk food and unhealthy snacks than what I'm suppose to have which is one cheat meal per week.

Overall, a bad week for me and RECKLESS of me to have done what I did.
I'm just glad I didn't gain back all the weight or more...:facepalm

@El Fett: Get well soon, the world needs SPIDER-MAN!!:)
@BREAD WARRIOR: Those pizza slices have got to be the longest slices I've ever seen!! Did you guys tackle the whole thing?!

Yup! It was 15 of us so it wasn't too hard to knock out lol. Yeah pieces were about 1.5 to 2 feet!

Alright so here we go. Update Sunday:

170 at night. Means I managed to not put on any weight today which is a good thing being I can't really work out too hard. Tomorrow I'm starting a detox protocol of 4 days which consists of morning fasting, followed by a Green Juice, then nothing but cucumber or broccoli and a very light dinner for protein which will consist of chicken breast or tilapia. We'll see if I can at least manage to drop a couple pounds by the weekend.

Bread Warrior, I have a recipe for a coliflower pizza if you're interested but it's probably not going to be as tasty as the one in your pic, LOL.

I finally have my fitness plan all laid out. While i build my next suit and wait till august for my next con as spidey i will load up on protein and lift heavy till June and then get back to stamina and cardio training. I want to have strong defined muscles without being as buff as.....any of the avengers lol

Update on my progress. I just hit 179lbs as of today! My goal is to be down to 170 by the end of next month! I have started a vigorous work out schedule with my friend who is a MMA trainer so needless to say I'm sore lol.

Anyone on here use myfitnesspal app? It's a free app that lets you keep tabs on your calorie intake. It's great. I've used it before and will start using it again. Let me know if you do so I can add you as a friend there and we can share our daily nutrition there too. It's another way to hold myself accountable. Especially when you know others know, you just ate an entire bag of share size m&m's by yourself LOL!

Yeah Im using my fitness pal down as 4505marcel

One thing that confuses me is I have a goal of 1860, now Im always under or on the money, days that I go to the gym Im then earning about 800 calories back so Im well under, I just cat figure out if Im supposed to be then eating more. Or am I then going to the gym to work off the extra food?
I do have aonce a week blow out though, as I got advised that shocks the system and not bad for you, Im still loosing weight at a good rate.

Although Im off on vactaion in 2 weeks for a sunny 2 weeks in Mexico, weather is rubbish here in the UK at the mo, so my diet might get side tracked, I will seek out their gym though if I can.

4505marcel - I'll add you to my fitnesspal friends if that's OK with you :) As for your vacation, whereabouts in Mexico are you going? I know it'll be tough to not eat our delicious Mexican food but if you start looking up healthy alternatives before you leave, I find that helps things easier to pick things out from a menu once you're in Vaca mode ;)

As for me, day 1 of detox when as expected. Dropped almost 4 pounds. It's rough, but it basically reboots your whole metabolism. It works, basically. No sugars, no carbs or the whole thing gets messed up and you need to do it all over again. It's only 4 days of this detox stage and then 3 more weeks of cutting carbs and sugars. Weightloss pretty much guaranteed. Light exercise required.

Were off to Riviera Maya hotel Sirenis (spelling is wrong lol) Its about 1 1/2 hours down the coast from Cancun, cant wait.
