From paypal. You can no longer send money internationally on a personal account through paypal. This is a change by the US government they have to follow. To get around this all you have to do is upgrade to a free business account. I just upgraded my account to free business account on paypal and sent the money easy.

My account is already upgraded to Premier, so I dont think this applies to me. Plus, I just sent money to someone in the UK for a 501st Clonetrooper helmet. According to Paypal, if Russ sends me an invoice, this workaround will do the trick.

It's electronic payments that is an international issues for paypal going out from the US. Premier is not the same as business account Premier could be a personal account. It took a minute to convert my personal account to a business account. It's all free and there is no down side to doing so. Now anything I order from anyone anywhere, my paypal account will be able to pay. You can try and get some digital invoice somehow.... But, unless Russ has a buy now button for you to click on to pay him with, paypal will not work for sending money out of the US unless it's from a business account.

All claws will come with thin grips,
